Cancelled my gym membership in one email. No call, no fee.

I expected a cancellation phone call and an exit fee. The membership page said cancellations had to go through the club.

I sent one email asking to end the membership at the close of the billing period. The reply the next day confirmed the end date and said there was no exit fee. The charge did not renew.

The video is from the last visit, so the place is visible. The useful part is the cancellation: one written request, a dated confirmation, and no extra charge.
